The Role

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for recruiting new partners to join our global gaming advertising network. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking to combine their expertise in personal and technical skills, and keen in solving unique problems to establish partnerships with global publishers.

You will report directly to the Head of Network Growth and Operations. To help you achieve your goals you will work closely with the Network Partnership Manager, Network Operations Manager and Programmatic Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively source new business
  • Gather new leads and reach out to decision maker(s) via email and Social Media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Understand customer needs to identify best possible solutions for them
  • Deal with enquiries from new partners, providing them with an overview of ad technologies and deployment processes
  • Work closely with the operations team to provide required information in a timely manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Grow and develop existing base of partners to deliver revenue growth
  • Pipeline management – Planning your days efficiently to enable best use of your time
  • Attending Sales meetings when required

Must have skills and experience in:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude
  • Creative and solution orientated
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills

And it would be nice if you also have skills and experience in:

  • Being a tenacious negotiator with the ability to influence at a senior level is desirable
  • Account management
  • Project management software such as Asana, Jira and Trello
