Network N is looking for an experienced Community Manager for a new publisher client.
This role will be to grow and support the community for a gaming publisher releasing several games and updates over Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. A regular day will include monitoring chatter, replying to comments and queries where possible, creating gifs and memes as required, and creating reporting on social listening.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media communities in videogames.
You’ll have a good understanding of creating positive engagement through social channels. You will be creative in your ideas of how to grow global videogames communities. You will also have at least some experience working in a busy office environment, and you should also have some experience of reporting on social listening, and engagements, through using social media insights tools, Powerpoint and Excel.
You should have a sharp eye for detail, able to adhere to tight deadlines. You’ll also have a calm and considered, collaborative, and approachable manner. This is fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, dynamic, and dedicated media team based in Bath (UK). This role may require the individual to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily communication with West Coast offices (US)
- Monitoring community response and engagement
- Adhering to content and marketing plans
- Creating gifs and memes to be used as replies to communities
- Weekly reporting for the Commercial Content Manager
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in community management for social media channels
- Knowledge of best practice for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram community management
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent organisation
- Hardcore videogames knowledge
- UK passport
Desirable skills and experience:
- Additional languages advantageous
- Basic design skills
